We’re looking for our first Sales Engineer to help bring this vision to life – connecting with engineering and procurement teams, demonstrating our technology’s value, and driving SOURCIX’s growth from the ground up.
What You’ll Do- Own and build the sales engineering function – be hands-on from day one, leading SOURCIX’s customer engagement efforts and shaping our go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and engage potential customers through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, Linked In, events, and webinars) to uncover needs, educate prospects, and create new business opportunities.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations that showcase how SOURCIX solves real engineering and procurement challenges.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to nurture relationships, answer technical questions, and move opportunities forward.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in our CRM and forecasting business development.
- Understand the technical and business needs of mechanical engineering and procurement leaders, translating complex requirements into compelling value propositions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing directly to SOURCIX’s growth trajectory.
- Fluent English communication skills with exceptional storytelling ability – you can speak confidently and persuasively about technical solutions.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or Procurement – you understand how technical and sourcing teams think, operate, and evaluate solutions.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset – excited to build from the ground up and take ownership of results.
- Persistent and proactive – a true hunter mentality with the drive to learn, experiment, and win.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven outreach (training and support provided).
- Collaborative team player – eager to work alongside leadership in shaping SOURCIX’s growth.
