Who we are looking for:
As aService Engineering Specialist focused on deployment,you’llbe part of a team that brings Caracol’s technology to life at customer sites. Lead on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projects.
You'll troubleshoot issues, address technical inquiries, and ensure seamless integration of our products into client operations.
You'llassistin project planning, perform field tests, and provide training and support to clients and internal teams. Collaborating with the engineering team,you'lldrive process improvements and innovations.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- Executeinstallationsand service calls ensuring system performance atclientssites
- Support operational training for customer operators
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutions
- Work alongside the engineering team toidentifyopportunities for process improvements and innovations
- Produce technical documents
Ideal Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems (Machinery, Automotive etc).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings
- Nice tohave:knowledge of Rhinoceros.
- Nice to have:
Experience with industrial robots, CNC machines, AM / 3D printing, or other complex automated systems - Experience conducting technical training to clients or coaching operators and technicians
- English languageproficiency(Level C1/C2)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Other requirements:
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, with periods of 5–10 consecutive days on site when needed)
- A valid driver's license.
