A multidisciplinary design and engineering firm is seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with 1‑5 years of experience to support the design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced structural, architectural, and MEP professionals, this role offers meaningful project exposure, mentorship, and a strong foundation for long‑term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing structural plans, calculations, reports, and technical studies.
  • Support senior engineers with the analysis and design of structural systems for various building types.
  • Coordinate with technicians and interdisciplinary teams on drawings and project documentation.
  • Participate in site visits to gather field data and observe construction activities alongside project leads.
  • Research and apply building codes, design criteria, and engineering standards.
  • Develop proficiency with design software and structural modeling tools under the guidance of senior staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EIT candidates will be considered.
  • Experience with Revit/BIM is a plus.
  • 1‑5 years of structural building design experience (internships applicable on the lower end).
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, communication skills, and a desire to grow as a structural designer.
