• Prepare project plan and coordinate project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.
• Coordinate project schedule and task details and prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling.
• Align resources internal to the business unit to meet project on‑time and budget performance objectives.
• Track projects cost schedule for internal and external customers.
• Interfacing with external suppliers and monitoring/reporting on project progress against quality and cost metrics.
• Interface with internal customers and report on progress against project objectives.

• Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.

• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

• No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members.

• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.

• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.

• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• Serves as a key partner to Manufacturing, providing direct support throughout the system lifecycle.
• Oversees customer‑specific systems, with each system functioning as an individual project.
• Primarily operates within the Execution and Monitoring phases of the PMI project management framework.
• Performs recurring tasks and activities that repeat across projects.
• Expected to learn and apply a wide range of internal processes and effectively leverage multiple resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
