About the OpportunityJoin an innovative engineering team working on the development, improvement, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes for high?tech products. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support new product introduction, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure world‑class quality for complex assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical problem?solving, process analysis, and collaborating with cross?functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for fabricating components, subassemblies, and final assemblies
- Collaborate with design engineering and cross?functional teams to support product improvements and new product introductions
- Create, review, and implement engineering change requests (ECRs) to support ongoing product development and production activities
- Apply basic engineering principles and DFx methodologies to improve product quality, reduce manufacturing costs, and optimize process flow
- Establish time standards and recommend tooling, fixtures, and process enhancements
- Write and release test procedures; collect operational and test data; analyze and evaluate results
- Review and evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies for efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in root cause analysis for issues identified during system assembly and testing
- Support additional engineering tasks as required
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering documentation, drawings, and test procedures
- Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
- Understanding of DFx principles and process optimization
- Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with engineering change processes is a plus
- Work in a high?tech, fast?growing industry
