The Senior Failure Analysis Lab Technician will run and maintain failure analysis equipment and provide F/A results in a timely manner.

• Run dual-beam FIBs and SEM/X‑Ray data collection with complementary surface science analytical tool operations.
• Perform detailed sample preparation to enable feature measurements, defect detection and domain‑specific failure analysis.
• Present results, compile reports and work in a team incorporating feedback from engineers and other technicians.
• Develop processes‑of‑record and implement these on product samples for customers.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Eight years experience in sample preparation and failure analysis techniques.
• Goal‑oriented and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.

• Associate's degree or higher degree in science, engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Ten years experience in sample preparation and failure analysis techniques.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and processes.
• Experience in a research or start‑up environment.
