Infrastructure Engineer

We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to grow our team with a new Senior Technical Consultant!

The primary role for this position would be focused on implementing and supporting various IT Infrastructure technologies with an emphasis on Root Cause Identification and Resolution & Project Design and Implementations.

• Problem management and resolution of issues in a timely manner
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• The ability to mentor and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Teams, as needed
• Excellent IT documentation skills

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Certifications
  • Citrix CCA-V, CCP-V strongly preferred
  • Microsoft MCSE:
    Productivity strongly desired
• 8+ years hands‑on IT experience
• Must possess excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access
• Technological proficiencies
  • Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10
  • Windows Server 2000/2003/2008R2/2012R2/2016
  • Microsoft Windows Administration tools (AD Users & Computers, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Sites and Services, etc.)
  • Microsoft Active Directory including Azure AD (Architect, Implementations, Migrations)
  • Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 and Office 365 Email (Architect, Implementations, Migrations, Administration)
  • Citrix Technologies (Architect, Implementations, Migrations)
    • Xen Server
    • Xen App
    • Xen Desktop
    • Web Interface
    • Secure/Access Gateway
    • Net Scaler & WANScaler
  • VMware Server Virtualization Technologies (Architect, Implementations, Migrations)
  • Citrix Application/Desktop Virtualization Technologies (Architect, Implementations, Migrations)
  • Backup / DR strategies (Architect, Implementation and Administration)
  • Systems Upgrades including security patch management
  • Monitoring of system utilization and application performance
  • Understanding of network infrastructures and troubleshooting various networking protocols including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Experience with various network hardware systems such as but not limited to Cisco Switches, Dell Switches, Cisco ASA, HP Pro Curve, Sonic
    
    WALL, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco Meraki, Checkpoint, etc.
  • Experience with various Enterprise level server hardware such as but not limited to Dell Power Edge servers, HP Pro Liant Blade servers, Cisco UCS servers, etc.
  • Experience with Enterprise Storage solutions such as but not limited to Exa Grid, Compellent and Nimble
  • Experience with Hyperconverged Technology a plus
