* Perform in-line and end-of-line metrology (film thickness, CD, profilometry, defect inspection).
* Accurately document results, deviations, and observations in lab notebooks, MES systems, and databases.
* Support data integrity, traceability, and reporting requirements.
* Follow all cleanroom protocols, chemical handling procedures, and EHS requirements.
* Support chemical inventory management, waste handling, and safety audits.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cleanroom environment
* 3+ years hands-on semiconductor FAB experience
* Experience with at least one 200mm or 300mm tool functional area
* Ability to work effectively in a flexible development environment
* 5+ years hands-on semiconductor FAB experience
* Experience with at least two major semiconductor tool functional areas
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose root cause, and recommend solutions
* 8+ years semiconductor FAB experience
* Broad expertise across multiple tool platforms and process areas
* Ability to initiate lot starts, coordinate operations, and mentor junior staff
* Proven ability to interface effectively with engineers, researchers, and leadership
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field
* Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environments
* 1+ year hands-on semiconductor FAB experience
* R&D or university FAB experience
* Experience with SPC, MES, or structured data systems
* Experience with one or more semiconductor toolsets (etch, litho, deposition, cleans, metrology)
* R&D semiconductor manufacturing experience
* Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods
* Ability to move FOUPs, wafer carriers, and equipment components
* Prolonged standing, walking, and fine motor tasks
