This position is ideal for a hands‑on, practical Thermal Engineer who enjoys solving real engineering problems and seeing their work move from analysis into build and deployment.

• Lead the design, modeling, and validation of thermal‑fluid systems
• Perform CFD and system‑level thermal hydraulic analysis
• Support prototype builds, testing, and rapid design iterations
• Make practical engineering decisions and on‑the‑fly calculations
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Experience in thermofluids within nuclear, power generation, or complex industrial systems
• Proficient in CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent, STAR‑CCM+, OpenFOAM, or similar)
• Hands‑on, practical mindset – builder over purely academic
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required
