T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI.

- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Build and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, including earned value and variance analysis.
- Monitor schedule and cost performance, identify risks and trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with project managers and engineers to validate assumptions, sequencing, and resource plans.
- Support contractor and vendor schedule reviews and progress validation.
- Improve project controls processes, tools, and standards as the company scales.
- Detail-oriented but not bureaucratic.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions when the data doesn t line up.
- Organized, analytical, and calm under pressure.
- A strong communicator who can translate numbers into insight.
- Someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost engineering.
- Hands-on experience building and managing schedules for complex projects.
- Strong cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and cost tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
- Experience supporting manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
