Senior Project Manager and Business Development Leader

Join our award-winning A/E design firm as our Senior Project Manager and Business Development Leader! You'll leverage your experience to manage key client relationships in Austin while mentoring junior staff and expanding our Central Texas presence. This role combines technical leadership with relationship building to deliver exceptional client experiences across water/wastewater and utility infrastructure projects.

• Serve as client manager and/or senior project manager for selected clients/projects in the Austin area
• Work with leadership to develop a plan for expanding our client base or service offerings with existing clients and winning new work in the Central Texas area
• Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
• Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience
• Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients
• Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Texas; or ability to register through reciprocity
• 15+ years of related water/wastewater or utility infrastructure experience
• Strong client management and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro
• Experience working with municipal clients a plus
