Réalis is seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Technical Coordination Intern - Summer 2026 to join our Austin, TX office.

Our Internship Program, Explore, is designed for college students pursuing a degree in a STEM field and provides opportunities to learn what it's like to work in a professional environment and apply what's learned in class to the real‑world challenges we face every day.

• Assist in the production, coordination, organization and documentation of projects and utility plans.
• Research and collect technical data to support manager and Utility team.
• Assist in preparation of specifications for projects.
• Coordinate and track project submittals.
• Prepare and, track permit application, including engineering reports for regulatory agency review and approval.
• May assist with project data input, project logs and document control.
• Perform other such right of way related duties as manager may deem necessary.

  High School diploma or equivalent.

  SKILLS:
  
  Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases. Math skills to perform simple calculations. Writing and communication skills.
