Cost Engineer/Estimators – Multiple Openings & Disciplines

Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Cost Engineers to support project controls across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and MEP scopes. In this role, you will prepare and review cost estimates, track budgets, evaluate change orders, and ensure cost control processes meet corporate and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity takeoffs.
- Manage and process change orders, including cost impact analysis and negotiations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Monitor actual costs vs. budgets; provide variance analysis and updated forecasts.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids, payment applications, and proposals.
- Support procurement and contract teams with cost breakdowns and scope alignment.
- Maintain cost control systems and generate periodic cost performance reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to manage cost risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost engineering, estimating, or project controls in construction (semiconductor or high-tech facility experience preferred).
- Proficiency in cost management tools (Excel, CostX, Sage, or similar) and understanding of contract types (Lump Sum, GMP, Cost-Plus).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred but not required.
