DH Glabe & Associates () is looking for a well-qualified structural engineer who prefers a variety of work and will support projects remotely from an office near or in the city where the listing is posted.
Responsibilities- Design, engineering, and drafting of heavy civil and large commercial structures.
- Client relations and project inspections including site meetings.
- Manage projects from inception to completion.
- Allocate time: 60% engineering & calculations, 30% drafting, 10% field/site visits.
- Civil/Structural or related Engineering degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of post‑graduation experience at a professional engineering firm.
- Professional Engineer (E.I. or P.E.) license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2016 or later.
- Experience with RISA 2D/3D or similar software.
- Experience with Solid Works or comparable FEA tools (preferred).
- Health, dental, and vision insurance paid in full.
- 401(k) match plan.
- Cellular phone for business/personal use paid in full.
- Reimbursement for professional license and training fees.
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year.
