Salary: $65,500.00 - $90,000.00

- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and procedures.
- Perform inspections, testing, measurements, and data collection to evaluate product and process quality.
- Assist with problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customer quality issues, RMAs, failure analysis, MRRT, and product investigations.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and customer‑facing communications.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Participate in audits, product changes, and quality system activities.
- Travel to the Montana manufacturing site (~10%) to support manufacturing learning and investigations.
- Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
- No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution.
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments.
- Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, and the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise. The use of hand and power tools is required.
Additionally, because this position will involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.
