As an emerging Field Engineer
, you’ll join a collaborative team providing award‑winning engineering, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You’ll support our project in Corpus Christi, TX
, driving collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

You’ll be accountable for interacting with construction sites, clients, and management to support the planning and technical portion of the project. Your ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively, and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast‑paced environment. • Actively pursuing a 4‑year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and ready to contribute innovative ideas.
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
• Data center experience.

Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full‑time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, and caregiver leave. Certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonuses, and stock.

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
