Position Salary: $25/HR – $35/HR (Depending on Experience) + Differential

Position Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00pm-7:15am (Sunday-Thursday)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, contribute to documentation, and monitor equipment productivity while adhering to safety guidelines
  • Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level
  • Installing and configuring infrastructure including servers, racks, switches and other hardware including liquid cooling, power
  • Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel
  • This position requires advanced technical skills and the ability to provide guidance and training to other technical personnel
  • Collaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates
  • Presents training, when necessary, to the new build and service assembler teams
  • Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications and other device history documents
  • Helps monitor productivity of our equipment by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates
  • Assists with the installation, debug and validation of Test equipment
  • Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor
  • Develops and maintains Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA
  • Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians
  • Assist with the development and delivery of customer presentations and interface with customers.
  • Partner with engineers on outside third-party developments
  • Organize documentation (specifications, schematics, and procedures).
  • Perform tests per customer specifications and requirements.
Requirements
  • Associates degree, military training, equivalent vocational training, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience in a similar background (performing hands‑on debugging, validation, and system‑level failure analysis of next‑generation server and rack systems within a high‑mix, high‑ambiguity manufacturing environment)
  • Demonstrated technical skills which may be used to conduct on‑the‑job training and/or lead/guide other employees
  • Strong ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures, present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
