  • Support quality validations during new cell launches with the goal of implementing quality improvements and exceeding build quality targets
  • Provide support during cross‑functional review and roll‑out of PFMEAs and create Control Plans for new cell or new equipment launches
  • Develop or setup new in‑process inspections techniques including new measurement equipment Validations and Gage R&Rs
  • Support definition of quality and process requirements as a part of Tesla's global operating standards
  • Partner with Design and Manufacturing Engineering counterparts to translate design requirements into functional quality controls that can withstand the demands of high‑volume production
  • Support quality root cause investigations and resolutions as they relate to factory‑controllable issues
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and product specifications to determine best practices that meet or exceed Tesla's quality standards
  • Support the overall team in building and implementing appropriate quality audit standards and procedures
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' hands‑on experience in High Volume Manufacturing Quality
  • Degree in a technical discipline and evidence of exceptional experience - Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or equivalent preferred with statistical data analysis experience
