• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering, specialized in structures.
• Over 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and project leadership.
• Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale projects, teams, and deadlines.
• Expertise in structural analysis and design software like Revit, RAM Structural System, or RISA.
• Thorough understanding of building codes and standards, such as AISC, ACI, and IBC.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license is advantageous.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills for effective collaboration.
• Business acumen in preparing fee proposals and nurturing client partnerships.
