Join the Facilities Operations and Maintenance team, a highly responsive and knowledgeable crew providing outstanding service for Facilities Services and to the university community. Our teams provide a comprehensive array of qualified services, backed by our licensed and certified technicians, to this end, we offer opportunities for continuing education, as well as various stipends for additional trade licenses. To provide highly skilled technical support to maintain efficient and reliable HVAC, mechanical, BAS, electrical, and interrelated systems for the campus and improve the preventative maintenance program and assist with facilities maintenance projects.

• Analyze cause, recommend and implement solutions for problems related to mechanical, electrical, and other complex building systems under existing conditions or resulting from renovation/new building systems.
• Assist with developing, documenting, and continuously improving maintenance procedures and guidelines by staying abreast of the latest technological improvements in preventive maintenance and other facilities maintenance activities of existing, renovated and new systems.
