Operations Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
Pay Rate: $60 - $75 (hourly estimate)
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end construction management of semiconductor facilities, from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover.
- Lead and manage multi‑discipline projects throughout all phases of construction, with overall architectural build‑out, structural, and MEP familiarity.
- Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards. Ensure adherence of contractors’ Quality Control standards and support internal Quality Assurance/Commissioning for turnover of MEP systems.
- Responsible for project buy‑out including developing bid packages, working with Procurement to issue RFPs, writing contracts and scopes of work, and issuing work orders. Conduct weekly review progress meetings with project teams to identify scope gaps, risks, project goals, and recovery plans.
- Track and review contractor invoices. Create, manage, update, and enforce overall project schedule based on project documents. Compare and track baseline from actuals and report variances. Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project costs and expenses, comparing actuals against the budget while also identifying cost‑saving opportunities and suggesting value engineering alternatives. Experience in reviewing, generating, and submitting RFIs and submittals.
- Experience in reading, interpreting, and implementing Contract Documents and Specifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, industry standards, and codes. Communicate and coordinate with all project stakeholders from contractors, Design/Engineering, and QA/Commissioning teams.

- A minimum of 3+ years of construction management experience with direct semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Experience with EPC, design‑build construction methods.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Gas/Chemical construction projects is an added advantage.
