- Develop initial manufacturing strategies for new projects through feasibility studies and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the product design team to implement efficient and reusable manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Install, commission, and start-up manufacturing equipment, ensuring a balance between speed and safety.
- Monitor and ensure manufacturing lines meet uptime, availability, and reliability metrics.
- Coordinate continuous improvement measures to capture lessons learned and transfer knowledge across teams.
- Work closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
- Utilize 3D CAD tools for design and engineering tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering across all phases of a product program.
- Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment design is advantageous.
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in automotive paint processes is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
