Client is seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join the multidisciplinary infrastructure team and contribute to a variety of master planning, site design, permitting, and many more projects on our 2,500+ acre site in Austin, Texas. A successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Registered and in good standing as a Professional Engineer (PE) and able to acquire their PE in TX within 3 months
5+ years of hands-on experience in building high-tech/industrial infrastructure and operational facilities (vehicle manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.).
Experience in master planning including design of roadway, grading, pavements, utilities, , stormwater management plans (flood control and stormwater quality), erosion and sediment control plans, project sites with multi-users and modes of transportation, and manufacturing operational construction.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, as well as hydrology/stormwater management software for civil design and ability to produce construction documents for permitting and issuance for construction.

Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and timelines, work independently with minimal oversight; prioritize and manage multiple assignments; work with a diverse team and communicate effectively, and uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Desire to do the impossible with a positive and professional "never quit" attitude, and demonstrates a creative problem-solving approach, ability to develop alternatives and innovative design solutions.
Excellent written and spoken English, additional European or Asian language a plus.
