* PLC/HMI logic tuning, robotics performance, and mechanical/electrical system reliability

* Apply GD&T, experimental design (DOE), and statistical process control (SPC) to validate process stability and reduce variation

* Optimize conveyance, robotic handling, vision inspection, and automated welding systems for speed, precision, and repeatability

What You'll Bring

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing environments, preferably in EV battery or with high-speed precision manufacturing systems

* Proven track record in equipment launch, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and OEE improvement on complex, integrated production lines

* Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering (BS degree required; advanced degree a plus)

* Deep hands-on experience with industrial control systems (Siemens PLCs, Beckhoff TwinCAT), industrial robotics (Fanuc/ABB), and integrated automation systems including vision inspection (2D/3D), electrical interconnection, and automated material handling

* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system equipment failures under fast-paced production demands

* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross-functional teams
