A leading semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Datacenter GPU Power Architect. You will be responsible for developing power estimation models and setting energy efficiency targets for GPU products. Candidates should have a MSEE/MSCE or equivalent, preferably a PhD, and over 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of efficient chip design fundamentals and familiarity with Python are required. Competitive base salary range is between $168,000 and $310,500, depending on level and experience.
