Essential

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Perform on-site inspections, testing, and data collection, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.

* Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, including data analysis and interpretation, to support project outcomes.

* Collaborate closely with senior engineers and consultants, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

* Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment.

* Assist in the development and implementation of efficient testing protocols and procedures.

* Conduct field investigations, offering recommendations for repair and maintenance to enhance building performance.

* Support the project team in delivering exceptional consulting services, meeting client expectations.

* Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in building technologies, contributing to our team's knowledge base.

* Travel to project sites as needed, ensuring efficient and safe work practices during site visits.

Requirements:

* A diploma or some time in higher education for Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or construction environment, showcasing practical expertise.

* Extensive knowledge of building systems, including enclosure, MEP, and structural elements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.

* Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and interpretation skills, enabling effective communication of project findings.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client interactions and collaboration.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project work, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

* Familiarity with industry software and tools for data collection and analysis, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing for innovative solutions to project challenges.

* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
