The organisation operates across several high-growth sectors, including mission critical facilities, aviation, and advanced manufacturing , offering engineers the opportunity to work on technically challenging and impactful projects.
This position is ideal for a motivated structural engineer with strong design experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility in project delivery, coordination, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Perform structural analysis and design across a variety of building types
- Manage and coordinate design team members to deliver calculations and documentation
- Select structural systems and materials, and assist with specification development
- Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site observations
- Prepare technical reports and contribute to diagnostic investigations and peer reviews
- Manage project tasks, schedules, and internal team coordination
- Attend client meetings and support ongoing business development efforts
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural focus required)
- Minimum 4+ years of structural engineering experience in building design
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) licence in current state of residence
- Proficiency in structural design and modelling software such as RAM, Tekla, Revit, and BIM 360
- Strong understanding of building codes and structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively while contributing to team success
