Purpose
The Research Engineering/Scientist II (RESA II) is a short-term position in Ho Lab's that will support the Biomeidical Engineering Department in systems neuroscience.
Responsibilities
* Design and execute experiments
* Analyze and model data
* Manage undergraduates
Required Qualifications
* Master degree or Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of relevant experience
* Expertise with human neuroscience
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in neuroscience
* 2 years of relevant post-graduate experience
* Expertise in animal systems neuroscience
* Expertise in neural data analyses
Salary Range
$40,000
Working Conditions
* Typical office environment including work at a desk for long periods of time
* Animal handling
* Animal surgeries
Work Shift
* Standard business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* Work outside of normal business hours may be required on an occasional basis during peak times (if applicable)
