Field Service Engineer – Electromechanical & PLC Controls

Location:

Southeast Region (OK, AR, TX, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC)

• Install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC-based equipment (Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.)
• Provide on-site customer support, including emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Program, modify, and debug PLC code and robotic applications.
• Train and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.
• Develop and submit detailed service reports, including program updates and drawings.
• Work independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.

• 3+ years of expert-level PLC programming skills (Allen Bradley and other PLC systems).
• 3+ years of strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• 3+ years of electro‑mechanical field service experience.
• 3+ years of MS Office products and Operating Systems (e.g., Windows XP).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to a major airport (must be within a one‑hour commute of nearest airport).
• Willingness to travel 95% of the time throughout the Southeast United States.

• Technical degree and/or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, electronics or similar.
• Experience maintaining Honeywell Intelligrated material handling equipment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service abilities.
