• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns.

• A diploma or some time in higher education for Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or construction environment, showcasing practical expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of building systems, including enclosure, MEP, and structural elements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
• Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and interpretation skills, enabling effective communication of project findings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client interactions and collaboration.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project work, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
