Contract - 18-month assignment with opportunity to convert - Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (Plus Shift Differentials)

Determined based on years of applicable electromechanical testing experience. - Skills Assessment:
Final pay offers are contingent upon onsite skills testing, demonstrating proficiency in reading schematics and understanding AC/DC circuits.
As an Engineering Technician, you will perform routine to moderately complex electro‑mechanical technical functions and activities such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro‑mechanical systems.
You will work from schematics, diagrams, written/verbal descriptions, layouts, or plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on experimental design circuitry, prototype models, specialized test equipment, tools, and test fixtures. This role involves applying analytical skills and scientific methods to perform technical functions on semiconductor manufacturing platforms while adhering to strict quality and safety guidelines.
Work Schedule & CompensationWe offer various shift options including standard 8‑hour shifts and 10‑hour shifts with mandatory overtime opportunities.
Available Shifts- 1st Shift (Day):
Mon–Fri | Start between 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM. - 2nd Shift (Swing):
Mon–Fri | Start between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. - 3rd Shift (Night):
Mon–Fri | Start at 10:00 PM. - Weekend
Shifts:
Fri–Mon
- 2nd Shift (Swing): +10%
- 3rd Shift (Night): +13%
- Weekend Day: +10%
- Weekend Swing: +18%
- Weekend Night: +23%
- System Testing & Troubleshooting
:
Test and troubleshoot system‑level and component‑level problems in electrical and mechanical systems, subsystems, and gas delivery modules. - Technical Execution
:
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms according to engineering and manufacturing specifications. - AC/DC Diagnostics
:
Apply a strong understanding of AC/DC circuits to test power distribution and interpret complex electrical schematics. - NPI & Upgrades
:
Support new system and New Product Introduction (NPI) installations and field upgrades. - Quality & Documentation
:
Compile logbooks and test procedure documentation. Generate Quality Notifications and maintain precise records for full traceability. - Safety Excellence
:
Observe all safety standards, attend required health and safety training, and actively strive to prevent accidents in a 24/7 production environment.
- Education
:
Associate degree in a technical field (required). - Experience Levels
:- Level I:
Up to 1 year of hands‑on technical experience. - Level II: 2+ years of hands‑on technical experience.

Proficiency in reading complex blueprints and technical schematics; experience using hand tools, multimeters, and electronic test equipment. - Problem Solving

Ability to use standard operating procedures or scientific methods to solve typical problems in the work area.
