Test Engineer, Electronics Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Are you skilled at reading and interpreting schematics? Do you have hands‑on experience using measurement tools such as micrometers? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team, playing a key role in the design, testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of cutting‑edge electronics and electro‑mechanical systems.
Multiple Shifts Available:
Days, Evenings, Nights and Weekend Schedules
Pay Rate: $22‑26/hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Electro‑Mechanical Support :
Perform routine to moderately complex technical tasks, including the design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics, electro‑mechanical systems, and prototype models. - Problem Solving :
Test and troubleshoot both system‑level and component‑level problems in electrical and mechanical sub‑systems. - NPI Work :
Support new product installations (NPI) and field system upgrades as needed. - Hands‑On Work :
Work directly from schematics, diagrams, written/verbal descriptions, and layouts to conduct testing and troubleshooting. - Documentation :
Compile thorough logbooks and procedural documentation, utilizing strong written communication skills. - Platform Testing :
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on platforms following precise engineering and manufacturing documentation. - Safety :
Maintain a secure and safe work environment by observing all safety standards, using protective equipment, and following strict safety and security policies.
- Experience interpreting and working from schematics and technical diagrams is essential.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers is required.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools accurately.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in an engineering or technical environment.
