The Intellectual Property Litigation Associate role requires 2 to 4 years of experience handling patent and/or trade secret matters. The successful candidate should have strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to work independently. A bachelor's or higher degree in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, though relevant work experience may be considered with other degrees.

Admission to the State Bar in the respective office location is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate high motivation, excellent academic credentials, and superior communication skills.
