Senior Structural Revit Designer

Job Title

Support the design and construction of a variety of new and renovations to existing industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities in our high-tech facilities across the U.S.

Structural modeling and design deliverables on Revit

Prepare design drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules

Utilize Navisworks and 3D laser scanned point clouds for routing and clash detection

Coordinate structural modeling with multidiscipline project teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Piping/Plumbing including assisting in utility routing

Coordinate design input and markups from structural engineering leads

Initial REVIT model setup

Work with the BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results and incorporate new design into the existing facility models

Utilize and improve structural design standards

Assist with BIM custom content creation and tool development

Responsible for producing quality models

Develop and improve design skills; engineering understanding

Assist in presenting 30% 60% 90% model reviews to stakeholders and multi-discipline teams
