Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
- Experience working in a scaled network operations environment.
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Experience in network technologies.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Experience or exposure of process automation particularly in relation to network operational support.
- Knowledge of service delivery models.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.
This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams. The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities- Lead a team of service management professionals to drive the function in the organization to deliver reliable and secure network services to all of Google.
- Lead the team through transformative technology and organizational changes.
- Deliver cross‑functional leadership with business and technology groups to enable the next generation of network service delivery coupled with rigorous service management framework with demonstrable and measurable outcomes.
