Teamcenter PLM Process Architect

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead PLM business process consulting engagements, providing expert guidance on Teamcenter functionality and best practices.
• Analyze and optimize engineering lifecycle and product development processes across large/global organizations.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements, drive process harmonization, and gain alignment.
• Support migration from legacy PDM/PLM systems to Teamcenter, ensuring process continuity and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
• Utilize BPMN, process modeling tools, or Lean methodologies to design, visualize, and improve business processes.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear communication and actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business units, to ensure successful process adoption.

• Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Teamcenter PLM.
• Extensive experience in PLM business process consulting, including process consolidation and harmonization.
• Deep understanding of engineering lifecycle, product development, and related business processes.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exposure to migrations from legacy PDM/PLM systems to Teamcenter.
• Familiarity with BPMN, process modeling tools, or Lean process design principles.
