Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management and optimization of Austin Energy’s EV charging infrastructure network and related programs.

• Support operations of Austin Energy’s EV charging network
• Analyze and validate operational data
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports
• Support EV rebate program compliance
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence

• 1–3 years of Project or Program Coordination/Management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Report Development & Data Management
• Customer Service Experience
• Project Coordination
• Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting/dashboard tools
• Electric Vehicles (EV) & EV Charging Infrastructure
