Senior RF Antenna Test Engineer

IC Resources is partnering with an innovative company developing advanced RF and communication systems.

Currently seeking a Senior RF Antenna Test Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is a highly hands‑on role focused on antenna characterization and RF measurements in anechoic chamber environments. You'll work alongside antenna, RF, and systems engineers to validate next‑generation phased array and wireless communication products used in demanding aerospace applications.

• Plan and execute RF antenna measurement campaigns in near‑field and far‑field anechoic chambers.
• Perform RF measurements using:
  Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters
• Configure DUTs, reference antennas, RF instrumentation, and positioners.
• Develop automated test procedures and data analysis tools using Python or C#.
• Analyze measurement results and collaborate with antenna and RF design engineers to investigate anomalies.
• Maintain and improve chamber equipment, instrumentation, and test processes.
• Contribute to the development of scalable RF test methodologies for future products.

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands‑on RF antenna testing experience.
• Strong experience operating RF anechoic chambers.
• Experience performing:
  Radiation pattern measurements, Gain measurements, Efficiency characterization, Polarization testing, Near‑field and far‑field measurements
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, S‑parameters, calibration techniques, and antenna measurements.
• Hands‑on experience with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, and related RF instrumentation.
• Experience developing automated test solutions using Python or C#.

• NSI or MVG chamber software
• Aerospace, defense, or satellite communications experience
