- Plan and conduct supplier industrialization activities within the supply chain.
- Manage and improve supplier planning and execution of manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with performance and reliability standards.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives at suppliers, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis.
- Facilitate communication of technical requirements and Critical to Quality (CTQ) items.
- Track and improve supplier manufacturing process development for new products.
- Drive improvements in materials, design, manufacturability, quality, and cost reduction.
- BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical fabrication processes or related roles.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Systems (PPAP/APQP), NPI, and inspection.
- Experience with 3D CAD, DFM, GD&T, and statistical process control (SPC) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to direct supplier activities at management levels.
- Self-motivated with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical writing and discussion abilities.
