Senior Civil Engineering Practice Leader

We're partnering with an established engineering firm that is looking to add a Senior Civil Engineering Practice Leader to its growing Central Texas team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced civil engineering leader who enjoys growing teams, developing client relationships, and leading complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, business development experience, and a passion for mentoring others while helping expand the firm's presence throughout Central Texas.

• Lead and grow the Central Texas Civil Engineering practice.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, municipalities, and industry partners.
• Drive business development efforts and support the firm s regional growth strategy.
• Serve as a Senior Project Manager or Project Principal on large civil engineering projects.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
• Represent the firm as a trusted technical expert throughout the region.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with expertise in water resources, water/wastewater, transportation, stormwater, or related infrastructure.
• Experience leading teams, managing projects, and developing client relationships.
• Background working with municipalities, water districts, counties, river authorities, or other public agencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
