Job Overview

We are looking for exceptional engineers and technical specialists who can contribute across robotics, mechanical systems, electrical systems, software, controls, manufacturing, testing, and field deployment.

This role is intentionally broad. You will take ownership of difficult technical problems, build and test practical solutions, and work across disciplines to help bring reliable construction automation systems into the field. Your responsibilities will depend on your strengths and Terra Firma’s needs.

• Own technical projects from concept through testing and deployment
• Design, build, troubleshoot, and improve hardware or software systems
• Work across engineering disciplines to solve complex integration problems
• Develop practical solutions for rugged, real-world operating environments
• Support testing, manufacturing, and field deployments

• Strong technical foundation in an engineering or related field
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, or troubleshoot complex systems
• High ownership, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work across disciplines
• Strong record of technical achievement

Base compensation will vary based on factors such as relevant experience and education. Salaries and leveling will be determined on a case-by-case basis if an offer is extended. Our total compensation package also includes equity in Terra Firma. Relocation packages are available to help cover moving costs, if applicable.
