Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Engineer to support equipment health enhancement, defect control, and variation reduction in a high-volume, 24x7 fab. You will analyze NPW data, correlate with FDC sensor data, and help maximize tool-level yield.
This on-site role requires hands-on troubleshooting in the cleanroom, cross-module coverage across Photo, CVD, Etch, and other processes, and collaboration with OEMs to reduce defect signatures.
