You will be a cross-functional liaison for Pre-silicon inputs and post-silicon debug, driving implementation, validation and power efficiency improvements across GPU designs. This role requires a BS with 3+ years in DFT/ATPG and BIST, scripting in Perl or Python, and strong data analysis.
