Arm is seeking a Principal Test Engineer to own ATE test enablement, first-silicon bring-up, characterization, and production release for complex SoCs on Advantest 93K. You will drive manufacturing test across wafer sort, final test, SLT, OSAT release, and HVM, with emphasis on test architecture and HSIO margins.
You will collaborate with Design, DFT, Firmware, Product Engineering, vendors, OSATs, and customers to debug issues, improve test quality, and deliver production-ready solutions.
