Job Description
- Generating requirements documents, statements of work and Bills of Materials
- Defining and implementing project plans, managing milestones and holding reviews to assure systems meet requirements and readiness for deployment
- Specifying, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying turnkey automated solutions
- Directing support personnel, managing project technical deliverables, guiding technical decisions and driving field found issues to resolution

Skillsand Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering Technology
- Minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience in a Hardware Systems Design Role or a Test Engineering Design Role
- US Person (US Citizen or Green Card) ONLY, ability to work on ITAR projects and qualify for DoD Clearances
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics & computer architectures
- Understanding of high-level programming languages (LabVIEW, Test Stand, C/C++/C#)
- Demonstrated understanding of the following concepts and principles:
Sources of measurement error, Appropriate selection of instrumentation and equipment, Understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams, Integration of hardware and software, Bill of Materials creation and review, Familiarity with CAD and PCB design tools, Statistical analysis of data (Cp, Cpk, GR&R)
- Hands on use of schematic capture tools and PCB design tools
- Knowledge in Component Supplier Selection
- Knowledge in Compliance Certifications (CE, UL, TUV, Etc.)
- Hands on use of NI Hardware Platforms and Instruments
- Hands on use of NI LabVIEW and Test Stand
