  • Coordinate survey activities with civil engineers, drainage specialists, land development teams, clients, and municipal officials to resolve design and permitting issues.
  • Supervise and train survey crews; manage field resources, equipment calibration, data collection, and quality control procedures.
  • Integrate and maintain GIS datasets, process survey data using GPS, total station, and digital levels, and produce accurate CAD and GIS deliverables.
  • Conduct site evaluations for drainage, grading, easements, and right-of-way issues; provide recommendations to support project design and permitting.
  • Manage multiple projects, prepare cost estimates and schedules, and ensure timely delivery of survey services within budget and scope.
  • Stay current with surveying standards, state licensing requirements, and advances in surveying technology; represent the firm at public meetings and during permit reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Active state registration as a Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) required.
