You’ll track field issues, feed back to engineering, and decide when fixes ship, acting as the link between engineers, field crews, and deployment operations.
You’ll gain deep expertise in how our hardware is designed, built, tested, and deployed at scale, influencing what ships next and supporting fast, safe field installations.
