Amazon is seeking an ASIC Physical Design Integration and Verification Engineer in Austin to drive full-chip floor planning, integration, and physical verification sign-off. You will define and optimize verification methodologies, perform DRC/LVS/PERC checks, and debug issues with layout and design teams.
You will interface with foundries, develop runsets, support technology files, and mentor junior engineers while improving cloud-based design workflows.
