RIVR, part of Amazon, is seeking a Robotics Field Engineer to bridge advanced robotics tech with real-world deployment. You will serve as Tier 2 technical escalation for field operations and perform RCA on failures across hardware, software, and environment.
You will also debug, apply quick fixes, and provide field insights to QA and Product to improve test cases and the roadmap while traveling up to 50% and ensuring readiness of deployed robots.
