Apple is seeking a DFT Verification Engineer to help design and verify our next-generation processor/GPU within the Silicon Technologies group. You will craft verification plans, build test benches, and collaborate with designers to ensure robust DFT implementations before silicon tape-out.
You will review specifications, develop attributes, run extensive simulations, and debug complex failures while supporting cross-functional teams on schedules and regressions.
